1962: Dr. Ralph Greenson left Los Angeles for a four week tour of Europe.

May 11

1950: Marilyn's contract with 20th Century-Fox took effect. It bound her for seven years.

1953: Marilyn reached the $1,500.00 a week ceiling in her contract which still had four years before it expired.

1962: Shooting for "Something's Got to Give" continued. Because Marilyn is ill, Cukor shot "around" her.

May 12

1957: Marilyn kicked out a soccer ball at Ebbet's field in Brooklyn, New York.
